Q: How do I sell you my mac to you?
1) Submit a quote through our "Sell My Mac" page
2) After receiving your quote, we will request a few pictures and the serial number.
3) We will mail you a box and UPS shipping label to send the mac to EasyMac Sales
4) After received, your mac will be promptly erased. Once that is complete, we will inspect your mac against
the information you provided.
5) Payment will be made via PayPal or check within 24-48 business hours of receiving the mac.
Q: What if you determine the Mac does not match the information I provided you?
A: If we determine that your mac does not match the quality of the submitted information, we will provide a revised offer through email and contact you via telephone to discuss how you would like to proceed. Return shipping will be your responsibility.
Q: Is my personal information safe?
A: We are committed to your privacy and doing business with honesty and integrity at the foundation. Your information will never be solicited or sold. Also, after receiving your mac, we will do an erase and clean install of the OS. This is done to protect your private information if any remains on the mac.
Q: How do I know that I will get paid? Is this a scam?
A: We have a high standing in both the local community and eBay for doing the right thing. eBay has recognized us as a Top Rated seller and we currently have 100% positive feedback. EasyMac Sales LLC is a legitimatecompany that operates on the foundation of excellence and integrity. All packages are shipped via UPS and you can check the delivery status to find out where your package is. Also, payment is issued within 24-48 business hours. There is no reason to delay payment to you as you have already fulfilled your part of the contract.
